Article 1 – Seller and purpose
The services are sold by SCI B09, a French property company (société civile immobilière) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under no. 843 124 363, whose registered office is at 54 rue Chevreul, 69007 Lyon, France. It runs the “Panda Coworking” coworking space at that address.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any purchase of credits made on panda-coworking.com. Customers accept them by placing an order. Monthly memberships and private office rentals are covered by a separate contract.
Article 2 – Services and prices
The website sells credits giving access to an open-plan desk or to the meeting room. Prices are shown excluding VAT and including VAT, at the 20% rate.
- Half day: a desk for 4 consecutive hours from the moment the credit is used – €25 excl. VAT (€30 incl. VAT).
- Full day: a desk until 7 pm the same day (until 11:59 pm if the credit is used after 7 pm) – €40 excl. VAT (€48 incl. VAT).
- Month: a desk for one month from the moment the credit is used, 24/7 access – €350 excl. VAT (€420 incl. VAT).
- Meeting room: one hour of meeting room, up to 6 people – €20 excl. VAT (€24 incl. VAT).
Desks are not assigned: customers sit at any free place in the open space. Included: fibre Wi-Fi, two screens per desk, a personal locker (bring your own padlock), an equipped kitchen, unlimited coffee and tea, phone booths and a printer. The prices that apply are those shown on the website when the order is placed.
Article 3 – Ordering and payment
- The customer chooses the number of credits of each type on the “Book” page.
- They log in to their customer area or create an account (name, contact details, email, password).
- They check the summary (quantities, total excl. VAT, VAT, total incl. VAT) and can change it.
- They pay by bank card on Société Générale's secure payment page (Sogecommerce). Panda Coworking never has access to card details.
The order is final once the bank accepts the payment. The credits are then added to the customer's account and a confirmation email is sent. The invoice is available in the customer area, under “Invoices”. If the payment is declined, the order is not recorded and no credit is added.
Article 4 – Using credits and access
The space is open 24/7. Customers open the front door with the Panda Coworking mobile app or from their customer area on the website.
A desk credit (half day, full day or month) is used when the customer chooses to unlock the door with it. The duration set out in Article 2 starts at that moment. During that period, the customer can open the door as often as needed, from 10 minutes before it starts.
Credits are personal. Customers only let in the people covered by their booking (their guests for the meeting room) and do not share their login details.
Article 5 – Meeting room
Customers book the room in one-hour slots, from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week, in the calendar of their customer area. Each slot uses one “meeting room” credit. The room holds up to 6 people; guests come in with the customer, who opens the door.
Customers can cancel a slot from their customer area until its start time: the credit is then returned. A slot that has started or ended cannot be cancelled or refunded. Customers leave the room at the end of their slot, in the state they found it.
Article 6 – Credit validity and refunds
Purchased credits do not expire.
Unused credits are neither refunded nor exchanged for money.
If the space cannot be opened because of Panda Coworking (access failure, exceptional closure), the credit used is returned to the customer.
Article 7 – Business customers
The services sold on the website are reserved for professionals (companies, freelancers, associations) buying them for their business. By placing an order, the customer declares that they act in that capacity.
The right of withdrawal provided for consumers' distance purchases by the French Consumer Code therefore does not apply.
Article 8 – House rules, liability and personal data
Customers keep the open space quiet, take their calls in the phone booths, leave the kitchen clean and respect the other coworkers. Panda Coworking may refuse access to a customer who does not follow these rules, after a first warning.
Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings. Lockers are closed with the customer's own padlock. Panda Coworking does its best to keep the access system, the Wi-Fi and the equipment working, but cannot guarantee there will be no breakdown. Panda Coworking's liability, for all causes combined, is limited to €1,000.
Customer data (identity, contact details, orders, invoices, door-opening history) are used to manage the account, purchases and access to the space. They are kept for the periods required by law, including 10 years for invoices. Customers can access, correct or request deletion of their data at contact@panda-coworking.com; details are given in the website's legal notice.
Article 9 – Complaints, mediation and governing law
Any complaint should be sent to contact@panda-coworking.com or made by phone on +33 4 51 58 08 05. Panda Coworking replies within 15 days.
If a written complaint remains unresolved, the customer may turn to mediation: MEDIATION SOLUTION, 222 chemin de la Bergerie, 01800 Saint-Jean-de-Niost, France, sasmediationsolution-conso.fr, +33 4 82 53 93 06.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lyon.
